How long do I keep course access? Access rules differ for self-paced vs cohort-based programs.

Self-paced courses include lifetime access. Cohorts and live courses include recordings for at least 12 months. If the access window changes for a specific cohort, it will be stated clearly on checkout and in the onboarding email.

Do I need prior experience? Beginner-friendly tracks are available.

No. We have beginner tracks with step-by-step assignments. Intermediate and advanced courses specify prerequisites in their descriptions so you can choose the right starting point.

Do you provide certificates? Shareable proof of completion.

Yes. Finish the final assignment to receive a shareable certificate. Certificates include your name, course title, and completion date.

What tools are supported? Digital painting apps + transferable fundamentals.

We cover Procreate, Fresco, Krita, and Clip Studio Paint. Fundamentals (gesture, value, edges, composition, and line economy) apply across tools, so you can follow along with other apps too.

What is the refund policy? Time window + progress requirement.

Refunds are available within 14 days if you haven’t completed more than 20% of the content. If you’re unsure, start with the first modules and confirm the course fit before progressing deeply.

Can I get an invoice or receipt? Useful for reimbursements and accounting.

Yes. After payment, you’ll receive an email receipt automatically. If you need an invoice with company details, use the same email thread and include your billing name and address. If you can’t locate your receipt, contact support at +1 (415) 907-2846.

How do cohorts and live sessions work? Schedule, time zones, and recordings.

Cohorts follow a weekly schedule with live critique or Q&A sessions. If you can’t attend live due to time zones, recordings are provided. You can still submit homework on the same schedule and catch up using the replays.

I can’t find my login email—what should I do? Common mailbox and typo checks.

Check Promotions/Spam and search your inbox for “LineArt Academy” or the course name. If you used a different email at checkout, try that address. Still stuck? Contact support at +1 (415) 907-2846 with your payment date and full name so we can locate the purchase.
